All the cords of our personalized jewels are waxed cotton for the models of jewels with sliding and leather knots for the models of jewels with a clasp.

The waxed cotton cords s have a limited life cycle which varies according to your lifestyle. Showers, soap, wash liquid, swimming pool, sand or sea are so many elements which participate in their more or less fast wear.

You can change your cordon yourself or return us your bracelet to be changed your cordon.


How proceed to change your cord:

Joining to your sending:

- A 5-euro check, in the order of Sateen

- A STAMPED envelope with your address for the dismissal of your bracelet.

THE ENGRAVING
 

Jewel Sateen proposes you two styles of different engravings:


An engraving realized in the hand, with two choices of writing:

- An attached, childish writing or not, according to the addressee of the jewel
- A writing script, with letters sticks, untied(removed).

ORDERS PREPARATION
All the orders past before 12 am from Monday to Friday (except holidays) and paid by credit card banking are prepared within 48 hours to one week. The orders paid by check will be realized only after reception of your check. The orders spent during the weekend are treated from Monday morning. The orders spent a holiday are treated as from the next day morning. The lead time of the orders can be extended during the school holidays, in particular during July and August.


PRESENTATION  AND PROTECTION OF JEWELS
We attach a big importance in the conditions of sending of our personalized jewels and that is why all our articles are presented in a dress handkerchief in organza or a black case, following the models, and carefully protected in a dress handkerchief with bubbles to avoid quite it's a pity in your jewels. Your order will be prepared with the biggest care and a delivery slip, priceless, will be joined to your sending.

DELIVERY MODE
Our deliveries are realized by french post, La Poste, with Post-Export registered or not.

The average depend of the destination : between 3  to 10 working days for Europe and the rest of the world.

Sateen shall not be held responsible of the consequence of a delay in the dispatching time.

ENGRAVED MEDAL : WE RE-ENGRAVE THEM FREE OF CHARGE
The engraving of the personalized jewels, specially medals, is manually realized with a pen engraver.
Silver being a soft metal, the regular friction of medals, the shocks, use medals, so limiting the legibility of engravings as time goes by. We guarantee a quality engraving on our medals to be engraved.

Sateen engrave once again free of charge its personalized medals:
The medals of personalized jewels Sateen can be engraved again free of charge. It is however necessary to wait that engravings totally disappeared before sending back to us your bracelets, otherwise letters could be doubled when engraved them over.

CHANGE OF the CORDON OF YOUR JEWEL PERSONALIZES:
Bracelets with sliding knots are made for the women who wish to keep them on them 24 hours a day. They undergo the insults of the shower, the soap, the water of dishes, the swimming pool or some sea water. The color disapear, the polished cotton wears out and eventually gives up, it is inevitable. Generally, it is necessary to change the cordon every six months following your lifestyle.

ERROR OF SIZE ON A JEWEL PERSONALIZES WITH A CLASP:
Concerning the models of silver bracelets with clasp and black leather link, realized to measure in your size, it can arrive that you make a mistake on the size of your wrist or on the size supposed by the wrist of the person for whom you intend the jewel.

Sateen realise again your jewel in case of error of size.
We realise completely your bracelet, with a new leather link and new silver tips.
